tl;dr: We made a pretty complex product offering easy to understand.


Entergy, a regional energy company, needed to introduce two new ways for customers to pay their bills through a third-party vendor. We were able to cut through a lot of initial confusion to create high-level messaging and a clear user experience. 

Email is the primary way we reach our customers for all campaigns, including this one.




The email and banner ads on owned properties led to this landing page with more detail. 




Both the email and landing page included some GIFs to help simply convey the two paths.
